About the Project
Pizza Recipe Italy is an independent cookbook-style reference: twenty classic pizza styles, presented as entries that tell the story of each pie and list its typical composition. The project was assembled by its editor, Gustavo Salazar Jr, from generally accepted culinary references.
Entries on the main page are descriptions of culinary tradition, not recipes to follow and not menus of any establishment. Ingredient lists are typical, not mandatory — every kitchen adjusts them.
Alongside the web guide, the project offers printable recipe cards — a free PDF in US Letter format that collects all twenty entries. The cards require no registration and collect no personal information.
The publication carries no sponsored material, no pop-ups and no advertising insertions, and it is not affiliated with any restaurant, chain or brand.
